To rent a city or mountain bike, you must leave a valid ocial form of identification for the entire rental period.

For rentals exceeding one week, a security deposit of $1,500 MXN is also required; this can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. The deposit is refunded upon the return of the bicycle in the same condition as when it was handed over.

To rent a road bike, you must leave a valid ocial ID and a security deposit of $5,000 MXN.

The security deposit may be paid in cash or via bank transfer and is refunded upon return of the bicycle, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over.

Important Notice

Using a lock does not eliminate the risk of theft. For safety reasons, we recommend not leaving the bicycle parked in a public area—even if it is secured with a lock—and keeping it within sight or stored in a secure location at all times.

The customer is responsible for the bicycle throughout the entire rental period.
